tao's mambo wednesdayits 1015pm right now and i'm still feeling stoned on the sofa. the telly's showing channel 8 news and my brain's almost halfdead.
came home at around 6plus 7 this morning after mambo and supper after with yk and frens. quite a fun mambo night, minus the mountains and seas of people crowd at zouk. shocking seemed like the whole world's at zouk last night. the people i bumped into namely stephanie, fonia, leon, jack. there was even this guy who said hi to me at velvet, i turned around and found him familiar as well. just that i couldnt seem to put a name to his face. i said hi back but i'm pretty much sure with a very confused and blur face on me. hahahahhah
didn't really drink alot. had like a glass of vodka 7up, 2 jugs of vodka ribenna and i jug of gin tonic. the jugs are shared between me and yk of course. and some of the other guys too.

yk wasn't taking much likings to vodka 7up and gin tonic. hahahhah poor thing~ sorry yk!! bad recommendation for u. lol. but we were pretty much settled with vodka ribena after. :P ck was recommending pineapple juice + midori to us but i kinda remembered that it wasn't a very very nice drink. safer to go with vodka ribena. hehehhz
anyway yk brought me to have dinner at Tao's located at Parklane. a 7 course dinner and it was quite nice. loved the creme brulee desert!! tried it at some other places but it wasn't as nice as the one i had at Tao's. it's creamy enough and with the right amount of sweetness. or maybe becos the portion of it wasn't that big so it tasted nice? hmmmm.. lol oh and the tea was pretty special too!! the service was good. a casual relaxed atmosphere.

the menu's like a classy restuarant kind with a pretty reasonable price (lunch $19.90++ 6 course and dinner $29.90++ 7 course). interior design is quite ok with a bit of japanese touch to it. not a place that you'll go when you're all dressed up. a casual/smart casual dining place :) worth a try!

thanks for the fun night/morning yk!!
