it's 230 on a Thursday morning...
and i can't sleep

don't know why.. *sigh*

luckily my ex-colleague was chatting with me and it sort of made my night less lonely :P
but he has to go to bed for work tomorrow so here i am...
blogging.
before i decide to call it for the night.


managed to have a nice talk with Boy today over the phone so that perked me up alittle :")
he has been so busy with work for the past few days hence didn't really got much time to have a nice long chat.
hopefully things will be better after he gets to be posted out next yr.

Oli and the girls will be flying for Phuket on friday. They urged me to go with them but my pockets couldn't handle the expenses.
Plus i've got to save for my trip with my Sydney darlings next month. *sigh*

It's a trip i'm definately looking forward to (provided i dun get killed *touch wood*) since our crazy days in Sydney together. Been postponing this trip for too long... And just when we were planning, things over there simply had to be so complicated..... *argh!*
Anyway Christian shall be my guardian angel. hahahahahaha
i hope he'll do a good job, given that i was his guardian angel back in Sydney... *fingers crossed*

If only my pockets isn't that tight, it will be a super awesome trip lor :(
i'll be getting presents for everyone!!!
but too bad.... gotta see how much i'm able to save and spend on shoppings...





Anyhow, last friday tagged along with Boy to his friend Alan & Sharon's wedding bouquet at Novotel Liang Court.







Coincidentally I bumped into Tiffany and Norman!!! hahahaha
they so happen to be the bride's jie mei and the groom's xiong di.




Singapore is becoming too small nowadays...
People you accidentally meet anywhere and everywhere seems to be connected to someone you know.. -___-"

So, the wedding was beautiful :)

the groom totally enjoyed himself (judging from the high state of mind he was in at the end of the dinner *lol*) and the bride looked absolutely gorgeous (as all brides shld be).

the table was shared with Wayne + gf, Frick and Simon, Boy + me, this couple who husband turns out to be Boy's long lost buddy back in teen yrs, and Boy's ex. *uhuh*






Then the next day was Danny's birthday buffet dinner. They reserved a table at Swissotel Merchant Court, Ellenbourgh Cafe.

Coincidentally there was a solemanisation going on that night, thus they could only give us a big table outside. Hence most of us was sweating while eatting :P

Before we decided to leave for Chevrons, me and Sherrine went back to the buffet spread and made Danny our own special birthday slice of cake to surprise him :)




Afterwhich headed to Chevrons, sang there till 230am then Boy drove me back home.

Wind is still howling outside... Great weather to sleep ^^*

Sometimes I would picture myself in a faraway land, where the wind gently blows on your face and a whole green pasture filled with flowers right infront of you, along with a very beautiful scenary of moutains, clouds and nature itself....

It would be so wonderful to let the Wind take you for a ride. Take you away from the problems and troubles in Life - even if it's just for a brief moment.

Sometimes I would picture myself standing on top of a highrise building at night, where the wind gently blows on your face and a whole bright beautiful citylights right infront of you, along with the stars, moon and night itself....

It would be so magical to jump off the building and fly away with the Wind. Soaring through the bright citylights, past the highrise buildings, and on towards the stars and the moon - even if it's just for a brief moment.

Sometimes... just sitting there and letting the wind whispers secrets to your ears is a moment rare to many to enjoy.

Why can't Life be simple like before anymore?

I'm having a headache...

Road Trip to JB




Boy and friends decided to go Go-Karting at JB on Sunday. So the night before, meeting time and place was finally being scheduled and confirmed.

Plan was to meet early, go in JB early to avoid any jams and whatsoevers, have dimsum breakfast, Go-Kart, shopping, dinner and then back to homeland.

Suppose to meet Boy at 830am hence I woke up at 630am to prepare (i like to take my own sweeet time can? lol ).

Boy came to pick me up at 830am and drove over to Danny's place to pick the couple, after which headed over to Woodlands to meet the other car. Scheduled was to meet there at 10am. In the end, other car was an hour late and we were starving :(

By the time we got pass the custom and in JB, it was already 12noon... Spent another few more minutes here and there to wait for the other car (and toilet break) at the petrol station.




Dimsum Brunch was bout 12plus... then we took another 3 hours getting lost and finding the new circuit place. Hence by the time we finally reach the circuit, it was already 3pm. hahahahaha Fifi was complaining by then cos she was keen to get her babyshopping done.




The new circuit moved to this super ulu ulu place where you need to go through 4km of road trail into the oil palm estate and bumpy road. Definately unfit for those modified cars that has been lowered alot. Even the other car's bumper was damaged by the end of the day, it wasn't even lowered alot in the first place!!
(Mr Leong's car definately wldn't be able to make it back in one peace either - glad they didn't join us.. imagine the guilt i'll feel if anything happen to his car!!!)










Anyway the boys enjoyed themselves so it was all good :) us girls was keen to try it out but we weren't properly attired. Next time lah! Somewhere else most prob. lol




So by 5pm we left the circuit, drove back to JB to get Fifi's babyshopping done and lastly dinner. We were all so tired due to the weather... but nonetheless hungry too.




Luckily the traffic was not too bad that day. By the time we got back to our homeland, it was only 9plus at night :D

This sums up my first trip to JB with Boy and friends!!!
